Refresh Therapy Counselling in Warwickshire

Supervision offered face to face and via video skype

Supervision

Supervision is a place for therapists and lone workers to reflect their emotions, build confidence, learn about their limitations, acknowledge their skills, feel supported, held and understood . It’s a place to feel free to explore the up and downs of working with clients without fear of judgment or the pressure to ‘get it right’.

Professional regular supervision allows you the space to talk about the work being undertaken in a safe environment engaging in the power of hearing your own thoughts and being witness to your own challenges and celebrations.

As a qualified supervisor using an integrative approach I offer a supportive space for counsellors, physiotherapists, social workers, teaches and coaches to do just that. I’m happy to work with supervisees who are either qualified or training and from a range of modalities and work roles

As a practicing counsellor with many years experience I have knowledge of a wide verity of issues and with many different age groups, from children as young as 8 to ageing adults. I engage in continued professional development and am always updating my skills which I am then happy to share with others.

As a collaborative supervisor I will offer my own thoughts and learning as well as encouraging your own self reflection and awareness. I will encourage you to explore your skills and limitations, doubts and fears, in a gentle and supportive way.

I feel I can offer knowledge, empathy and experience to my supervisees and together we can explore any issues arising from their practice to ensure the best possible outcome for them and their clients.

Fees

For individual supervision sessions are £60 for one and a half hours.

This time is based on the basic requirement needs for BACP registration. I am happy to offer alternatively timed sessions as needed
